Create a Campaign

Follow these steps to create a campaign and add QR codes to it.

Step 1: Create the Campaign

  • Go to Campaigns in the sidebar
  • Click New Campaign
  • Fill in the details:
  • Name (required): Something descriptive like "Summer Sale 2026"
  • Description (optional): Notes about the campaign
  • Start Date (optional): When the campaign begins
  • End Date (optional): When the campaign ends
  • Click Create Campaign

Step 2: Add QR Codes

You can add QR codes to a campaign in three ways:

Option A: When Creating QR Codes

  • Create a new QR code
  • In the review step, select a campaign from the dropdown
  • The QR code is automatically added to that campaign

Option B: Edit an Existing QR Code

  • Open an existing QR code
  • Go to settings
  • Select a campaign from the dropdown
  • Save your changes

Option C: From the Campaign View

  • Open the campaign
  • Click Add QR Code
  • Select QR codes to add
  • Confirm

Managing Campaign QR Codes

View QR Codes

Open the campaign to see all associated QR codes with their individual metrics.

Remove a QR Code

  • In the campaign view, find the QR code
  • Click the remove icon
  • Confirm the removal

Note: Removing a QR code from a campaign does not delete the QR code itself.


Editing a Campaign

  • Open the campaign
  • Click Edit
  • Update the name, description, or dates
  • Save your changes

Deleting a Campaign

  • Open the campaign list
  • Hover over the campaign
  • Click the delete icon
  • Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleting a campaign does not delete the QR codes. They become unassigned.

Once your campaign is set up, track its performance with campaign analytics.
