Overview Metrics

Total Scans

The sum of all scans from every QR code in the campaign.

Unique Visitors

A deduplicated count of unique people who scanned. If one person scans multiple codes, they count once.

Conversions

The total number of conversion events attributed to QR codes in the campaign.

Conversion Rate

The percentage of scans that resulted in conversions. Learn how to set up conversion goals.

Conversion Rate = (Conversions / Total Scans) × 100

Time Series Chart

View scans over time with:

  • Daily breakdown
  • Trend visualization
  • Date range filtering

If the campaign has dates set, analytics respect those boundaries.

QR Code Performance

See how individual QR codes perform within the campaign:

  • Scan count per QR code
  • Top performers
  • Underperformers that might need attention

Date Filtering

Campaign dates affect what analytics you see:

  • No dates: All-time data
  • Start date only: Data from start date onward
  • End date only: Data up to end date
  • Both dates: Data within the date range

Exporting Data

Advanced and Enterprise plans can export:

  • Campaign summary
  • QR code breakdown
  • Time series data
  • Conversion details

Tips for Analysis

  • Compare periods: Look at week over week or month over month changes
  • Identify trends: Look for patterns in when people scan
  • Optimize underperformers: Update destinations or designs for codes that aren't working
  • Track conversions: Focus on ROI, not just scan counts - set up conversion goals
