Conversion Goals Overview
Conversion goals help you measure what matters: business outcomes, not just scan counts.
What is a Conversion Goal?
A goal defines what "success" means for your QR codes. Goals are completed when specific events occur.
Example Goals:
- "Menu View": Completed when a landing page is viewed
- "Reservation": Completed when a booking button is clicked
- "Lead Captured": Completed when a form is submitted
Events vs Goals
Events are facts. They are things that happen:
- Page viewed
- Button clicked
- Form submitted
Goals interpret events as success:
- "Count a conversion when a button is clicked"
