Create a Conversion Goal
Follow these steps to create a conversion goal.
Step 1: Open Goals
- Go to Conversion Goals in the sidebar
- Click Create Goal

Step 2: Name Your Goal
Enter a descriptive name:
- "Menu Page View"
- "Contact Form Submission"
- "App Download Click"
Step 3: Select Event Type
Choose what triggers the goal:
| Event | Use When |
|---|---|
| Page Viewed | Track landing page views |
| Button Clicked | Track CTA clicks |
| Form Submitted | Track lead capture |
| Scroll Reached | Track content engagement |
| App Installed | Track app downloads |
| Custom Event | Track external events |

Step 4: Set Scope
Define where the goal applies:
- All QR codes: Any QR code in your account
- Campaign: QR codes in a specific campaign
- QR code: A specific QR code
- Destination: A specific destination
- Landing page: A specific landing page
Step 5: Add Filters (Optional)
For some event types, you can add filters:
Button Clicked:
- Any button
- Specific button (select from list)
Form Submitted:
- Any form
- Specific form
Scroll Reached:
- 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%
Step 6: Set Value (Optional)
Enter a monetary value per conversion:
- Used for ROI calculations
- Appears in reports
Step 7: Save
Click Create Goal to save.
Viewing Goal Performance
After creating a goal, you can view:
- Completion count
- Conversion rate
- Total value
- Trend chart
Goals work with both internal events (automatic tracking on landing pages) and external events (tracking on your own website).
