Creating a Ticket

  • Go to Support in the sidebar
  • Click Create Ticket
  • Fill in:
  • Subject: Brief description
  • Message: Detailed explanation
  • Priority: Low, Normal, High
  • Click Submit

Ticket Priority

Choose the appropriate priority:

  • Low: General questions, feature requests
  • Normal: Issues affecting work, not urgent
  • High: Significant impact, needs quick resolution

Viewing Your Tickets

  • Go to Support
  • See all your tickets
  • Filter by status:
  • Open
  • Pending
  • Resolved
  • Closed

Ticket Status

  • Open: Awaiting support response
  • Pending: Awaiting your response
  • Resolved: Issue addressed
  • Closed: Ticket completed

Replying to Tickets

  • Open the ticket
  • Type your reply
  • Click Send

Reopening Tickets

If an issue returns:

  • Open the resolved ticket
  • Add a new message
  • Ticket automatically reopens

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Be specific: Include details
  • One issue per ticket: Easier to track
  • Include screenshots: Show the problem
  • Respond promptly: Keep the conversation moving
