Scans beyond your limit are still redirected, but not tracked in analytics. Consider upgrading for higher limits.
Can I change my QR code after printing?
Yes! Dynamic QR codes can be updated anytime. The printed code stays the same, but the destination changes.
Do QR codes expire?
No. Your QR codes work as long as your account is active.

What's the minimum size for a QR code?
We recommend at least 2cm x 2cm (0.8 inches) for reliable scanning.
Can I use my QR codes commercially?
Yes. You own full rights to use your QR codes for any purpose.
Why isn't my QR code scanning?
Check:
- Sufficient contrast between colors
- Adequate size
- Good print quality
- Error correction level

Can I get a refund?

Is QR Advanced GDPR compliant?

Can I transfer my account?
Contact support for account transfer requests.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This is irreversible.
Can I have multiple teams?
Currently, each account belongs to one team. Contact us for multi-team needs.
