Billing & Invoices

Manage your payment methods and access invoices.

Payment Methods

Accepted Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards

Updating Payment Method

  • Go to Settings and select Subscription
  • Click Manage Billing
  • Update card information
  • Save changes

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  • Go to Settings and select Subscription
  • Scroll to Billing History
  • Click on any invoice to view or download

Invoice Contents

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status

Downloading Invoices

Click the download icon to get a PDF invoice for your records.


Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Billing date is the day you subscribed
  • Upgrades are prorated
  • Downgrades take effect at next billing date

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification
  • We'll retry the payment
  • Update your payment method if needed
  • Service continues during grace period

Refunds

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact support for refund requests
  • Prorated refunds for annual plans

Enterprise Billing

Enterprise plans have custom billing:

  • Annual contracts
  • Invoice billing
  • Custom payment terms
  • Contact sales for details
