Payment Methods
Accepted Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit cards
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings and select Subscription
- Click Manage Billing
- Update card information
- Save changes
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings and select Subscription
- Scroll to Billing History
- Click on any invoice to view or download
Invoice Contents
- Invoice number
- Billing period
- Plan details
- Amount charged
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
Click the download icon to get a PDF invoice for your records.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Billing date is the day you subscribed
- Upgrades are prorated
- Downgrades take effect at next billing date
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry the payment
- Update your payment method if needed
- Service continues during grace period
Refunds
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Contact support for refund requests
- Prorated refunds for annual plans
Enterprise Billing
Enterprise plans have custom billing:
- Annual contracts
- Invoice billing
- Custom payment terms
- Contact sales for details
