Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between dynamic and offline QR codes?
Dynamic QR codes are tracked through our servers, allowing analytics and rule-based routing. Offline QR types (WiFi, Text, vCard, Email, SMS, etc.) encode data directly in the QR image and don't count toward scan limits.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
What happens if my team exceeds the scan limit?
Scan limits are shared across your entire team. When your team reaches the daily limit, Free plan QR codes will show a neutral 'temporarily unavailable' page. Paid plans continue working but skip advanced routing rules. The count resets at midnight UTC.
Do QR codes stop working if I downgrade?
No, your QR codes will continue to work. However, features like advanced rules or extra destinations may become inactive until you upgrade again.
How does team billing work?
Each plan includes a set number of team members. Additional seats can be added for $5/seat (Pro) or $4/seat (Advanced) per month.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We don't offer trials, but you can start with our Free plan to test the platform. Upgrade when you're ready for more features.
