2. Description of Service

QR Advanced is a platform that provides QR code generation, management, analytics, and related services. The Service allows you to create dynamic QR codes, track scans, manage destinations, set up routing rules, and access analytics data.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not use another person's account without permission. You are solely responsible for your account and any actions taken using your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

QR Advanced offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features, higher limits, and additional capabilities

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

Your use of the Service is subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan, including but not limited to:

• Number of QR codes
• Daily scan limits
• Number of destinations per QR code
• Analytics retention period
• Team member seats
• API rate limits

Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or require an upgrade to a higher plan.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious content
• Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Engage in phishing, spam, or other deceptive practices
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Service's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Advanced and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QR ADVANCED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QR Advanced and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
