Why Use Alerts?

• Proactive monitoring: Know immediately when something happens
• Anomaly detection: Catch unusual activity
• Limit management: Avoid hitting scan limits unexpectedly
• Performance tracking: Monitor campaign success

Alert Types

Basic Alerts (Pro and Above)

• Daily Limit Near: Warning at 80% of daily limit
• Daily Limit Reached: Notification when limit is hit

Advanced Alerts (Advanced and Above)

• Scan Spike: Unusual increase in scans
• Scan Drop: Unusual decrease in scans
• No Scans Detected: No activity for a period
• New Country Detected: Scans from a new location

Notification Channels

Email

All plans with alerts receive email notifications.

Webhooks (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans can receive alerts via webhook for integration with other systems.

Alert Configuration

Each alert can be configured with:

• Name: Descriptive name
• Type: What to monitor - see all alert types
• Threshold: When to trigger
• Cooldown: Minimum time between alerts
• Scope: All QR codes or a specific QR code
